Consortia Meetings: We are offering a new format for consortia at TMAF. Rather than hosting separate members-only consortia meetings, ESC will hold one larger Consortia Update session where each consortium will share updates on its respective market focus. This session is designed to provide members with insights on a variety of topics, trends, and technology updates.
Mobile Devices: Please silence or turn off your cell phone before each session begins.
Recommended Dress Code: Business Casual
Name Badges: Please wear your name badge throughout the meetings, including receptions.
Antitrust Guidelines: Attendees agree to abide by the ESC Antitrust Guidelines found here.
Guest Policy: ESC networking receptions are reserved for guests 21 and older with an ESC guest badge, available through registration. Unregistered guests may not attend any ESC function or reception.

Hotel Information

A block of hotel rooms was reserved for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $199 + taxes per night for single/double occupancy at Element Philadelphia Downtown, located at 1441 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19102. Hotel Policies: A credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made before 11:59 pm local hotel time 3 days before arrival to avoid a 1 night room fee and tax charge as a cancellation fee.
