TMAF is the Energy Solutions Center‘s premier education and networking conference for gas utility marketing, sales, and customer support representatives from throughout North America. The two and a half-day conference focuses on educating utility professionals about the latest gas solutions, marketing, sales and customer outreach, and conservation. We guarantee that each attendee will gain new and innovative approaches to bringing energy-efficient natural gas solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Consortia Meetings: We are offering a new format for consortia at TMAF. Rather than hosting separate members-only consortia meetings, ESC will hold one larger Consortia Update session where each consortium will share updates on its respective market focus. This session is designed to provide members with insights on a variety of topics, trends, and technology updates.

Recommended Dress Code: Business Casual
Name Badges: Please wear your name badges throughout the meetings, including receptions.
Antitrust Guidelines: Attendees agree to abide by the ESC Antitrust Guidelines found here.
Guest Policy: All ESC event functions are restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older. ESC networking receptions are exclusively reserved for guests 21 years of age and older.

Hotel Information

A block of hotel rooms was reserved for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $189 per night for single/double occupancy at The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel located at 26 North Royal Street, Mobile, AL 36602. The deadline to book discounted rooms is August 24, 2026 or until the room block is full whichever comes first. Please click HERE to make your reservation.

Hotel Policies: A credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room fee and tax charge as a cancellation fee.

USS ALABAMA – Take a self-guided tour of the USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park and explore one of the most recognizable symbols of the State of Alabama.

Mobile Carnival Museum – A short walk from the hotel, immerse yourself in the rich history and traditions of over 300 years of Carnival and Mardi Gras in Mobile.

History Museum of Mobile – Also located a short walk from the hotel, learn about the history of Mobile including admission to Colonial Fort Condé, a partial reconstruction of the 1723 fort built when the French founded Mobile.
