Owners of warehouses and other commercial structures could receive 100% deduction for the addition of energy-efficient HTHV products in 2015 and 2016
On average, residential natural gas bills may be 5 to 7 percent lower this winter compared to the pr​evious winter.Abundant supplies, reasonable temperatures and a moderate increase in total U.S. deman​d may result in residential natural gas bills lower compared to last year,” said Bruce McDowell, AGA​’s Managing  Director of Policy Analysis. “This winter, many Americans on average may see the second-lowest bills  they’ve seen in the past decade.” 
The average household winter heating fuel expenditures discussed in this STEO provide a broad guide to changes compared with last winter. However, fuel expenditures for individual households are highly dependent on the size and energy efficiency of individual homes and their heating equipment, thermostat settings, local weather conditions, and market size.
Energy efficiency measures continue to flourish in states across the country, with several states—including California, Maryland, Illinois, Texas and the nation’s capital, Washington, DC—taking major steps that improved their scores in the ninth annual edition of the State Energy Efficiency Scorecard by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE). The State Scorecard ranking of the states is issued annually with the support of the US Department of Energy.
