Residential Desiccant Consortium - This initiative is to develop a turn-key plan/operation to market and install Novelaire desiccant systems  in a particular region.  A dealer will be identified, and at least two installers trained on the installation and service techniques.  Two units will be installed and results will be monitored.  The utility will have everything in place to aggressively begin promoting residential desiccant systems in their market place upon verification of the test unit results.
