The Active Consortia are current focus areas of ESC Members that have formed a consortium around a technology or market sector. The technologies promoted by each consortium are also included in the Technology Tour, and many of the consortia also have active web sites for more detailed information.

New and Forming Consortia are proposed areas of focus for Members. During the forming process, Consortia Meetings are open to all prospective Members. The specific focus areas and deliverables are subject to change based on the needs of the Members that join. For information about new forming consortia, follow this link or scroll this page.

Work Groups and "Retired" Consortia after the majority of the work/deliverables have been accomplished, a Consortia may choose to either "Retire" or convert to a Work Group. Work Groups may still meet from time to time to review and follow-up on certain tasks, but typically new work/projects are not started in this phase.
