Boilers-Burners
Emissions standards have been lowered significantly in the last five years on new natural gas boiler installations. As over 40% of industrial natural gas is consumed in boilers, the impact of emissions standards and the need to improve boiler efficiency has a great impact on the industrial natural gas market.

Commercial Buildings
Commercial Building Consortium The objective is to accelerate commercial and institutional conversion and/or installations of gas-fueled, hybrid, and thermally-activated energy solutions that increase customer productivity, reliability, and comfort resulting in retained or new load growth opportunities for gas utilities with respect to all types of commercial facilities.

Distributed Generation
To accelerate the market acceptance of DG technologies to industrial, institutional, and commercial customers in order to capture new gas load opportunities. Focus on installation sizes 10 kW to 25 MW.

Food Processing Alliance
The food industry is an ideal market for the introduction of new gas technologies since natural gas holds a majority of the market share in most food segments and is considered the "fuel of choice" for most end-users.

Gas Cooling Consortium
Gas Cooling Equipment Consortium New natural gas air conditioning technology provides much higher energy efficiency than older systems, and is becoming available in a variety of sizes to meet virtually every customer's need – from homes of all sizes to the largest commercial or industrial facilities.

GFEN GFEN
The Gas Foodservice Equipment Network (GFEN) is a consortium of utilities, foodservice equipment manufacturers, gas industry associations and foodservice trade allies organized to be a source of gas solutions for the commercial foodservice segment.

Residential
While residential customers have a great affinity for natural gas use for heating, cooking, clothes dryers and domestic hot water, they remain unfamiliar with many of the newer gas product applications. Typically 85% of homes using natural gas only have a couple gas appliances totaling 2-4 burner tips. Yet, there are more than 17 different pieces of equipment that could be used in a variety of ways.
Residential - Commercial Energy Efficiency IR
This consortium is focused on energy efficiency technologies, implementation, and metrics.
