Bay State Gas Company is among the largest natural gas utilities in New England, with 305,000 customers in 60 cities and towns in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.

Northern Utilities, Inc. serves more than 46,000 customers in 41 coastal New Hampshire and southern Maine communities. Northern New England is a major growth market as only 17 percent of New Hampshire residents and 2 percent of Maine residents heat with natural gas.

NIPSCO (Northern Indiana Public Service Company) is a regulated electric and natural gas distribution utility serving over 1 million customers across the northern third of Indiana. It is the state's largest natrual gas distribution company and the second largest electric company
