Product Description

Johnson Matthey is a specialty chemicals company focused on its core skills in catalysts and precious metals. It is organized into four operating divisions: Catalysts, Pharmaceutical Materials, Precious Metals and Colours & Coatings.

The Catalysts Division consists of 3 separate business units. Johnson Matthey's Environmental Catalysts and Technologies (ECT) business, which manufactures catalysts for automobile emission control and the reduction of emissions from industrial processes, the Fuel Cell business which manufactures fuel cell catalysts and catalyzed components and the Process Catalysts and Technologies (PCT) business comprising PGM refining, process catalysts and fine and research chemicals.

Johnson Matthey’s newest zeolite SCR catalyst is well suited for applications with exhaust temperatures ranging from 700º to 1050º F. This catalyst technology provides the increased temperature range required for sustained NOx conversion with minimal ammonia slip.

Johnson Matthey’s zeolite catalyst can be supported by metal or ceramic monolith substrates of various cell densities. This versatility permits flexible housing design, promoting maximum
catalyst activity and minimum pressure drop (power loss) for each individual application.
